The Iowa State Fair

Hello there readers of Tulle & Combat Boots! My name is Meanz and I run the blog, Koi Story and I am here to tell you all about one of my favorite activities in the summer! Although there are many things I look forward to in the summer such as art festivals, garage sales, concerts, and etc, I wanted to share a local event here in Iowa, which is the Iowa State Fair, of course. It is one of the largest state fairs in the U.S. and there is an incredible abundance of things to do there! Any food that you could ever imagine can be fried and put on a stick, seriously. Also, it is one of the best places to people watch. There are rides, games, art displays, animals, contests, and so much more. Here is the website if you are interested. There are also a bunch of cute animals hanging out. I always feel out of my element when I am there, but it's an Iowan thing!
