Yep, that's a Doctor Who dress, complete with a TARDIS on it! Plus, the peter pan collar! I was sold instantly. (If you're looking to purchase, I recommend sizing up since the scuba-type fabric is not very forgiving.) Now to figure out how to style it for every day... Let's call this attempt number one.
