Tulle & Combat Boots: may the fourth be with you.

It's one of my favorite days in May, May the Fourth aka Star Wars Day! Naturally I had to wear a very nerdy outfit.

What I'm wearing:

So first things first, I'm wearing my first skirt! Is it a little too wide in the hips? Maybe. Is it a smidge too long? Also maybe. But I made it from scratch and it took a good five hours so I'm going to wear the heck out of it! I'm also planning on bettering my sewing skills and making more skirts, a dress or two, etc. I hadn't used my sewing machine in years, so it's nice to get back into it.
